After a massive tsunami of entertainment by Shahrukh Khan in Pathan, the king khan is back with Jawan in his home production with south star director Atlee. The highly anticipated trailer of the film received a bumper love by his fans around the world. Now the first song of the film “Zinda Banda” video is out in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The song is composed by acclaimed composer singer Anirudh Ravichander, also debuting in Hindi cinema with Jawan. The song is penned by writer Irshad Kamil and choreographed by Shobi Paulraj.
The music video opens with Shahrukh Khan reciting a poem with an electrifying entry in red shirt and black trouser greeting the ladies of the song Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani setting the video on fire with dance moves. Shahrukh khan and Priyamani is reuniting after Chennai express hit soundtrack “get on the dance floor”.
The song is a visual spectacle with fun and groovy dance moves in a massive set and dancers. The song will remind you of typical south Indian flavour of hero entry. King khan stands out in the video while the ladies get mixed in the crowd lots of time. Shahrukh khan stardom can be seen in his stiff shoulder with a swag to impress. The Hindi lyrics of the song is forgetful. By the end of the song, you just remember the theme of the song but no words. The choreography looks good but complex and fails to give a groovy hook step to resonate with the audience.
Comparison with Tamil and Telugu version – Vandha Etham and Dhumme Dhulipelaa respectively, the Tamil version stands out and hold the attention of the audience in greater scale as compare to its counterpart Hindi and Telugu version.
Produced in an impressive budget of 15 crore. Does the song impress you? Let us know in the comment section.
